Saltaire Arts Trail

Saltaire was alive and kicking today for the Saltaire Arts Trail and Makers Fair!

 

There were many Open Houses. I particularly enjoyed A Moment in Time UK a photographic journey from Sydney to Saltaire.

 A wedding was also taking place!

Local makers at the fair included Swirlyarts

Daisy Florence Design had some beautiful items.

 It was also nice to pick up the new flyer's one of my Peg It! stockists has made.

I then came home and started working on these new Peg It! designs (with magnetic backing).

Crafty markets = one happy Saturday!

 I had a nice time yesterday at two of my favourite craft fairs...
Handmade at Ilkley was wonderful. I met some lovely and very talented artists and crafters!

Julia from Teazle had amazing products made from Liberty fabrics. I had to get this for my coat!

I also bought this felt making kit from Lucy who makes felt gifts and crafts. Check out her lovely website - George and Lilly 

I then headed over to Leeds to Reetsweet which was great as always.

I managed to replace the badges I bought from the last Reetsweet event (the last two didn't survive the washing machine - oops!)

And no trip to Reetsweet is complete without stopping off at The Marvellous Tea Dance Company for absolutely the best cupcakes ever ever ever.

Oh how fabulous!

Yesterday there was lots of online talk about this new magazine! I went to sleep thinking about how great it looked and today I woke up with a spring in my step to go and buy it! Craft obsessed. Yes.

I have to go out now so I will be in suspense all day as to what wonderful crafty ideas and inspiration there will be inside! To be continued...
